As you walk in from the front door, looking out across the opposite windows, it will seem as if the cottage has been built over the water.
This cottage is perfect for a single, couple or small family. If you want to escape from the business of your daily life. This is the setting for you. The neighbourhood is calm and the beach is hypnotic.
The beach is literally at your doorstep. You will feel relaxed upon arriving. Positioned six houses up the northern headland from Malua beach (pictured). Direct access to the beach by walking down the headland from the backyard. Modern interior.
The comfortable interior commands a stunning panoramic view southward over Malua Beach and out to the ocean. Watch for whales, dolphins or just be hypnotised by the beach and ocean.
This idyllic view is accessible from the main bedroom, seaside balcony, lounge, kitchen, and dining area.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom is on the seaside with a queen-size ensemble (as pictured on the website) and built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double-decker bunk (as pictured). The laundry downstairs has an extra shower. The driveway is long enough for off street parking for two cars. There is a studio lower level with its own access.
Come whale or dolphin watching from the comfort of the lounge/bedroom.
Allow the sea-breeze to wash over you and be meditated by the view. Enjoy meals with this extraordinary view from the back balcony. Or you can pack a meal to have for a picnic on the headland in the back yard.
All beds are supplied with pillows and doonas. BYO sheets, pillow cases, towels and groceries.

The local shops are a 10 minute stroll from the house; they include an IGA with extended hours, a butcher, a newsagent, a bottle shop, a cafe, take-away and a small restaurant with a charming character. There is another restaurant at the Malua Bay Bowling club 1 kilometre inland.
Further facilities, should you want them, are a short drive away at Batemans Bay.
There are also many other attractions within a short drive: Fishing trips at Batemans Bay or Moruya, Mogo zoo, Mogo gold fields, Batemans Bay Bird Sanctuary, Shell Museum. So much to do at your choice.
