Experience our place and never forget your time in Koh Mak! What our guests say:
"It's located on the shore where at night you will be lulled to sleep by the waves playing with the rocks.
The rooms are very nice, spacious and cozy unlike most huts which are rather small. And the people there are the most hospitable you'll find. Always smiling... reaching out to you for help...
Super Staff, young, extreme friendly and helpful Perfect Viewpoint for sunset Nice social space to meet other travellor's and get in contact. Perfect for Backpackers. Really good price-performance ratio You can rent a scooter to explore the island for less money.

Other things to note
The off season on Koh Mak includes the monsoon or rainy season, so weather can be unpredictable. The worst of the monsoon season is normally July and August, when storms can be powerful and sometimes prolonged. Even then, there are usually sunny periods of nice weather between the thunderstorms. The island will be very quiet during the off season with very few tourists. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing escape, you will love it! But if you're looking for nightlife and lots of activities, Koh Chang will be a better choice. Be aware that because the weather can be unpredictable during the monsoon season, the boat service to and from the island can also be unpredictable. There are several good restaurants within a few minute walk that are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We highly recommended Mams Restaurant, just 40 meters down the hill. Other recommended eateries & pubs are: 1) Sky Beach Resort, 2) Holiday Beach Resort, 3) Aimee, 4) Food Art Hut, 5) Peaw Caf (Ao Nid Rd), 6) Leks Cafe (Ao Nid Rd), 7) Seavana Resorts Day Bed Beach Club Restaurant, 8) Koh Mak Resorts I-Talay Bar and, 9) Dangs Clay Pot.
