Center in Hokkaido
There we have, Oma Yoko from Nagoya, graduate translator, with over 40 years of experience as a host family, former Toyota and exhibition leader and Grandpa Kiwamu from Hokkaido, ski guides and former pensioners in Niseko, in 2016 our first home, a small mountain hut with a German tiled stove, built on a hill with wonderful panoramic views over Taisetsuzan mountains (60 km long!) and the towns of Furano and Nakafurano.
We have only two bedrooms: one for the guests and the other for us.
Our living / dining room is used in high season as a cafe restaurant (Terrace & Bar Sakurano).
In the plot of about 1.2 ha there are many fruit trees, flower and vegetable gardens.
In front of the house there is a 7 ha large flower field.
We can only take one group per day.
"Sakurano" is suitable for the family with children, the couple and the small group (max. 4 people) who want to spend a holiday of relaxation or adventure.
