This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is in one of the most prime locations in all of South Lake Tahoe, with the comfort of being tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Take advantage of the ski run access less than a mile away, take a long stroll or short 1.5 mile drive down to the famous waterfront Riva Grill bar and restaurant with beach access, and just 1 mile to dozens of other local eateries and shops.
