With the popular Tyrone Foreshore area only a 700m stroll away and only minutes to the Blairgowrie shopping village. Surrounded by coastal foliage, this single level home offers relaxed beach living with a fresh neutral palette and a brand new al fresco dining and relaxing area in the quiet back garden. Accommodating you and your extended family, there are4 bedrooms on offer. With light pouring in through the highlight windows in the raisedceilings, the home is perfectly zoned. There are 2 separate living areasin the open plan layout. The clean and functional kitchen is well equipped and the nearby meals area leads to the all weather outdoor entertaining zone complete with a gas open fire and dining table and chairs. A perfect spot for a relaxed dinner as the sun sets.There is also a gas BBQ and a convenient outdoor shower to use before entering the home after a day at the beach.The back yard is fully fenced and is suitable for children and pets (by prior arrangement). The large master bedroom has access to the outdoor deck and has an adjoining spacious ensuite. The 3 remaining airy bedrooms share a main bathroom with separate bath and shower. Dogs are not to go in any bedrooms or on furniture. 2. Please bring your own dog bed for them to sleep outside (or in laundry). 3. Please ensure you leave the property free of any dog hair and you are also required to clean up the garden after your dog. If there is any evidence of the dog having been in the property, we will need to charge you additional cleaning and/or drycleaning. 4. Please note that although the property is fenced, this fencing may not be adequate for your dog and therefore we cannot guarantee your dog's safety. You must take full responsibility for keeping your dog safe. 5. You have been asked to pay for our cleaner to do a pest inspection on the property to ensure there are no problems for the next tenants ($70). To date we have been lucky with pet owners taking care of our properties, so we hope you understand and have a great stay.
