Please DO NOT send a "Reservation Request". It floods our inbox with multiple duplicate emails. Please ONLY send a Reservation "Inquiry" in the form of an email message. (PLEASE ONLY SEND ONE INQUIRY!!! ONLY ONE, ONE IS ENOUGH). We will see it and will respond when we are able to. If you can not follow these simple instructions, we will NOT rent to you. We require speaking with our travelers before making any Reservation Request or moving forward with a Reservation.
For travelers, who understand basic respect for others, we apologize for having to make the statement below regarding travelers who expect "customer service".
For travelers who expect to be "served": We DO NOT respond to all reservation requests or inquiries within 24hrs, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. We are not robots. We are not hotel staff. We are property owners with lives outside of renting our furnished rentals. During the off-season (Fall/Winter) we are often away from our virtual "Reservations Desk" for extended durations and during the on-season (Spring/Summer) we are often swamped and simply can not get to everyone that wants a response.

Reading Listings is your responsibility as a traveler because every property on all of the listing web sites you may view, during your rental search, is different and every property owner manages their properties differently. If you are not reading the listings you inquire on, then you are doing yourself a disservice, as well as the rental property owner, and you may be unhappy when you arrive to your rental.
After providing properties for many many years, we consider part of our responsibility is to educate travelers, in addition to providing a space for them to stay in while they are away from home. The vast majority of travelers, in today's rental market, are new to the private property rental process and may not know how to ensure they find a rental that truly fits their needs and expectations.
TAKE YOUR TIME/BE INFORMED
1.) We know it's easy and fast to just skim through listings. Planning your travel itinerary and rental property can be a daunting task. When inquiring on large volumes of listings, it's easy to get confused. Make sure you understand what you are renting and that you have not mixed up your listings. Always ask questions. DO NOT make assumptions about anything as you inquire on each listing during your rental property search. Do not assume that rental property owners know what is important to you or what your expectations are. Every traveler's needs and expectations are different.
WHY HAVE YOU NOT HEARD BACK FROM US WHEN YOU WANTED A RESPONSE?
2.) Sometimes our inbox gets swamped or we have to take a few days away from reservations and it's just not possible for us to get to all of the emails.
***Rental property owners are not able to respond to every single email that comes their way, please do not have that expectation of them.***
3.) Our Rates Range from $89-$225 per night. Most reservations fall in the middle of the range. Rate calculations are dependent on many factors.
4.) We do not provide rentals to help travelers have the perfect vacation. We are not here to "Serve Others" like hotel staff would. We primarily provide rentals to travelers who need temporary housing for relocations, work assignments, and medical emergencies. HomeAway, and its affiliated companies, give travelers the visual expectation that they will receive top tier luxury rentals and vacations by using their listing website. We do not provide a high-end rental. We provide budget/economy rentals that are comfortable and clean. If you have high expectations, our rentals will not meet your needs. We would rather have our guests come in with low expectations and arrive to their property pleasantly surprised, than come in with high expectations and be unhappy. Over the years, more than 90% of our guests have been very satisfied with their rental experience.
The following is our Listing Description: Very Stylish and Comfortable 1 bedroom suite in La Jolla just on the edge of UCSD. Quiet, relaxing, and within a very quiet community. Pool, hot tub, gym, and more. Full Amenities. Close to bus lines and shopping center. 1min to UCSD, 5min to beaches and Scripps Aquarium, 10min to Sea World, and 15min to San Diego Zoo.
La Jolla is one of the nicest areas in all of San Diego. We are approximately 5 minutes to the La Jolla Beaches and 'The Village'. These beaches are definitely the most sought after beaches in San Diego. Our rental property is only 2 blocks from hundreds of shops, restaurants, and several banks and grocery stores. We have other listings at this same property.
SUMMERTIME RENTAL INQUIRIES
5.) Attention Summer Travelers: If you are requesting a reservation between the dates of July 1-August 31 please DO NOT send more than 1 email inquiry for ALL of our properties combined. Please do not flood our inbox with inquiries and additional emails if we have not responded to you yet. Summer Rates: Mid-June to Mid-September Rates are $132/nt and upwards. If you are open to both one bedroom and two bedroom rental options you may state so in your inquiry notes. We have other HomeAway listings at this rental property. Thank you for your cooperation.
***Our rental properties book out very quickly. The best deals can be found during the off-season (October 1-February 28) not including holidays.***

A/C and W/D
6.) Our rental has Air Conditioning. Most apartments in San Diego do not have central air conditioning. Air Conditioning is only needed a few months of the year, usually mid summer to early fall, and on the rare occasion when there is a heat wave. If you are elderly or have a medical condition that requires central air conditioning, please email us with that specific requirement. We use very powerful large portable Air Conditioning Unit(s) that remain in our rental year round and have worked very well for many years for our guests.
If you have a medical condition or special circumstance that requires a Washer/Dryer to be inside your rental, rather than having access to the Laundry Facility onsite, please email us with that specific requirement. Please ask us about laundry if that is important to you.
