Taking a leaf from its near neighbour, Regent’s Park, Northumberland Mansions has a pastoral palette. You’ll find the blue-tiled bathroom on the left of the entrance, and next door is the galley kitchen, hung with a vivid modern canvas. For the master bedroom – with a king-size bed – head to the end of the hallway. Azure walls complement the ensuite’s turquoise tiles, and there are more natural tones to be seen in the small courtyard, out through French windows.
On the right of the entrance you’ll find the second bedroom, where there’s a vintage French poster above the murphy bed. Next door is the bay-windowed sitting room. Potted plants and floral curtains catch the eye, and there’s a pair of long cream sofas. Across the parquet floor, six can sit at the wooden dining table.
