Close to Clapham Common, this family home has an easy-going air. You enter into a hallway, with the sitting room immediately on the right. Here you’ll find a cosy sofa at one end, and a piano at the other. Just beside that, a doorway leads through to the kitchen – a stylish room with a long skylight and one tree-patterned wall. Opposite the kitchen area (which has a little breakfast bar set with red stools) there’s a dining area with a wooden table. A glass door here takes you out to the prettily planted garden.
Ascending to the first floor, you’ll come straight to a bathroom, and then to two pastel-coloured bedrooms, both of which have single beds. Up here too is the master bedroom – also pale-painted, with simple wooden furniture, but brightened by green curtains and cushions. And above that there’s the slope-ceilinged second bedroom, and another bathroom.
