From the designer armchairs to the up-to-the-minute artwork, Peel Street IV is cool and contemporary. Entering into the sitting room, a mirrored chimney breast reflects a teal velvet sofa, and there’s room for six at the dining table, topped with a collection of eye-catching ornaments. There are skylights in the all-white kitchen, straight ahead, and down a floor, the cinema room is equally striking. You’ll find wavy wallpaper, abstract art and a green plush corner sofa.
Off the cinema room you’ll come to the third bedroom and ensuite – which has a light well and racy neon signs. On the first floor, the second bedroom has a king-size bed, and straight ahead, there’s an abstract canvas in the bathroom’s walk-in shower. The master bedroom, on the top floor, leads into a neutral ensuite and out to a roof terrace with facing sofas and a ghost coffee table.
