This is a spacious and luxurious apartment for you to enjoy while in Perth.
The main living area has a separate reverse cycle air-conditioner which heats and cools the kitchen and living area. It has a Sony 55" LED TV, Bose sound speakers, Playstation 3, Foxtel and a large L shaped fabric lounge to enjoy your mornings or evenings. We also provide unlimited broadband wifi throughout the apartment.
The private 100sqm terrace is only accessible via this apartment and for guests that are staying in this apartment. It has direct access from the master ensuite and main living area. The terrace over looks Brown St, with 4 different areas to enjoy from such as the outdoor sofa set to enjoy a wine ot two, outdoor dining set on the decking, casual wooden bench and table for a few beers and the grass area for the children or babies to soak in some sun. From the terrace you will get views of the Darling Ranges in the far distance, Crown Casino, the new Perth stadium and city views. You can see the fireworks from Crown Casino on New Year’s Eve & Chinese New Year’s Eve and the Skyshow on Australia Day.
The kitchen is modern and spacious for all those who love to cook! The benchtop is stainless steel, with matte cupboards and a black granite sink. It also features Miele oven, Miele steam over, Miele gas stove top, integrated fridge and a microwave. It is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, crockery, bakeware, cutlery and the pantry have a selection of spices and oils for you to use. There is also a selection of teas and an espresso coffee machine with free pods for you to enjoy your stay. All consumables are provided such as washing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, paper towels, and gloves.
The office/study area is ideal for anyone to do work while on holiday. It has a printer for your convenience to print anything such as travel itinerary. Study area also has direct access to its own balcony which over looks the apartment building atrium.
All three bedrooms have built in wardrobe with hangers, ensuring your items aren’t creased. Each bedroom has bedside tables and lamps. We provide sheets, pillows and quilts for a comfort sleep at night.
Bedroom 1 is the master ensuite with a queen bed, separate reverse cycle air-conditioner which heats and cools the bedroom and direct access to the private 100sqm terrace.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a separate reverse cycle air-conditioner which heats and cools the bedroom.
Bedroom 3 has two spacious bunk beds and a skylight, which comes with a remote to open and close the skylight blinds and it can be open manually via a pole for some fresh air to enjoy. Also comes with separate reverse cycle air-conditioner which heats and cools the bedroom.
A portable baby cot is provided for you to use in the apartment. It comes with a mattress, bed sheet, blanket and pillow. We also provide a baby high chair in the apartment and for playmats and toys can be on request.
There are two full bathrooms, which both have shower and toilets. The ensuite bathroom features a glass screen. We provide bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats during your stay. If you do stay longer than a month we can arrange for fresh towels on request. We also provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion which you can find in the bathroom on the table and hair dryer in the bathroom drawers.
The laundry closet is in the guest’s bathroom which has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. We do provide washing detergent, fabric softener and distilled water for the iron.
The apartment comes with 1 allocated car bay with a height restriction of 2.1 meters, which is located next to a lift for easy access to the apartment.
If you do have a second car there is street parking available and requires the guests to pay for parking every 2 hours on Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm. Otherwise Monday – Friday 6pm – 8am and weekends are free but can be limited spaces.
Early check in and late check out would need to be requested at the time of the booking. Please check this with me as early check in and late check out on the day would not be possible.

Other things to note
- All used towels, bed sheets, quilt covers, pillow covers we ask you to strip them off and leave in the middle of the lounge room. If not stripped you will be charge $80.00 and taken out of the security bond.
- Use of steam oven - please wipe down all condensation in the steam oven after use. If not wiped down you will be charged $25.00/day and taken out of the security bond.
- BBQ - please clean after yourself. If not cleaned you will be charged $25.00/day and taken out of the security bond
- Please leave the place tidy and clean - please take the rubbish out to the bin room. Any rubbish left behind you will be charged $25.00/day and taken out of the security bond.
- No smoking allowed in the house.
-Strictly no loud music - please be considerate to other people staying in the building as music does travel through the walls and floors.
