Configuration - Oceanview Kiama has a great size, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom with a queen ensemble, a bathroom (toilet, vanity, shower) and a European style laundry including an all in one washer and dryer. The spacious living room complete with large sliding doors opens to the balcony which boasts sensational views and plenty of fresh air and natural light.
Outdoors - Oceanview Kiama has a good size balcony with stools to appreciate the views. As part of the complex, side access leads to the paved courtyard with an outdoor shower to wash away sand from your toes prior to re entering the unit.
Heating and cooling - Oceanview Kiama has ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling. Or slide open the large glass panel doors and appreciate the ocean sea breeze.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
