Pipi Palace is a traditional kiwi bach located 800 metres from both the surf beach and the estuary at the southern end of Whangamata. The nine hole golf course is only two streets away.
Sited on a full 800 square metre section, there is plenty of room for both parking (cars and boat - easy access) at the front with two entrances and tents can be pitched at the rear of the property, or use it as a place to practice your short game!
In addition to sleeping five comfortably in the main house (two double plus one single bedrooms), the bunk house has a single over double bunk plus a single bed for another four people - great for the teenagers, extended family or visitors as a separate sleeping area.
The front deck offers breakfast with the rising sun (for the early birds), and the larger deck at the rear allows one to relax after a hard day at the beach and unwind as you watch the sun set over the Coromandel ranges.
Beautiful spring water is on tap courtesy of the on-site bore.
The rear of the property has a large flat grassed area, big enough for most outdoor games
Staying in for the evening? A 42" widescreen TV with DVD Recorder / Player, plus Freeview reception fits the bill, or choose from a range of board games to play or a substantial library of books to read.
Smoking allowed outside only please.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
