The location is as convenient as they come with the historic district and Forsyth Park right nearby. There are also plenty of nice cafes and restaurants such as 700 Drayton and Local 11 Ten. The property is a short walk from downtown, Broughton Street and the famous River Street, which has plenty of its own great dining establishments such as The Olde Pink House and Vic's On The River.
