About me and Who I am looking for as a roommate: I am a mature, business professional female. I respect your privacy. I am respectful of others and their possessions, I am considerate and responsible, I pick up after myself to keep our common areas neat and clean, and I keep things pretty quiet and low-key. I expect all of the same in a roommate. I am also looking for someone who is gainfully employed (i.e. able to pay rent/bills in a recurring and timely fashion), hopefully with a schedule similar to mine (just to make sure things are quiet on weeknights). I'm looking for someone who knows how to be a good roommate (i.e. considerate, clean, mature and respectful), and who is easy going. I'm open to male or female but would prefer to live with someone who is past the 'party stage' - at least on weeknights. This is a pet-free, smoke-free, drug-free, and party-free condo. I'm not looking for a new best friend but it would be great if we enjoy each other's company when we happen to be home at the same time.
