The place is a comfortable, full-floor Somerville triple decker unit with decks on both ends and literally 30 seconds to Union Square. The place gets a fair amount of sunlight and has a comfortable vibe. Pictures will show the good amount of space you have to work with; the living room, dining room, and front deck are focal points. Bedroom is a fair size and includes ample closet space. Entire unit is an estimated 1100 square feet. I would like to sell you my bedframe for the low, too, if you're interested. Heat & HW included. THE ROOMMATES My roommate (who plans to stay on) is a rather busy law student in his late twenties who is quite fond of craft beer. Some hobbies that the current roommate setup share right now include craft beer, cooking & restaurants, working out, and travel. A sense of humor will come in handy, as well as someone who might appreciate all the good Cambridge-Somerville stuff like the farmer's market that we have right outside every Saturday. My other current roommate is planning on subletting for Jan 1st, and will also be recruiting another roommate at that time. THE AREA We're on top of Union Square and its 20? restaurants, 3 grocery stores including the godsend that is Market Basket, 2 liquor stores, and 15? bars. Cool spots like Bronwyn, backbar, brass union and the independent are a single minute's walk. Bike shops, tailors, breweries, ice cream, future T stops, a Target, a 24/7 convenience store, crossfit studio, and much more are right here. Would be a great fit for a young professional working anywhere in Somerville, Cambridge, or downtown. There are numerous buses that run right through here. Street parking is not as difficult as you would imagine in this area. We're 5 minutes by car to destinations like Assembly Square and I-93.
