The House and Apartment:
A quiet three-story home serenaded by birds and crickets and outfitted with a large storage area (bikes/laundry cart). We're on the bright top floor with a large living room, a large dining room, and a roomy windowed-kitchen with gas stove and tons of Teflon-free cooking equipment. Mail and packages are always safely delivered.
Quiet Windsor Terrace, just southeast of Park Slope. Five minute walk to the F/G train at 15th Street (two stops to transfer to the R train at 4th Avenue/9th Street).
Three minute walk to Prospect Park. Five minutes to an organic grocery store and six minutes from a Sunday farmer's market. Yoga studio three minutes away. Five minutes to the area's main strip of bodegas, restaurants, bars, and music joints. Three laundry spots within a ten minute radius.

Both are quiet, omnivorous, and avidly cook. We generally head to bed before 11, clean after ourselves and in common spaces, have a cleaning person in once every month or two for thorough work, and don't wear our shoes in the house.
