This family friendly property is situated in a quiet street in Mangawhai Heads enabling you to enjoy all services and attractions at both the Heads and the Village.
Suffolk Street Retreat is a ?90s built pole house with ?70s styling. It has three bedrooms. A master bedroom with Queen bed, a "bunk room" with two single bunk beds, and an additional single bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds. A port-a-cot is also available. In total the house can sleep up to seven guests (+ the port-a-cot).
The open plan layout of the living room, dining area and kitchen makes for relaxed holiday living. A ranch slider opens on to the sun trap deck. The balustrade on the deck has been ?child proofed? with the addition of chicken mesh. The kitchen is fully equipped.
A separate laundry includes a washing machine with huge capacity to deal with the beach towels and other family wash requirements quickly and easily. An iron is also available. There is also a large outdoor rotary clothesline for hanging the towels and, in the event of inclement weather, a clothes line under the house enables you to get the washing dry despite the showers.

Within a short car trip you can head south to the village to visit the shops, cafes, market and Bennetts chocolate factory. The surf beach is a five to ten minute drive to the north.
There is plenty of flat land around the bach that is suitable for pitching tents, bull rush and swing ball world championships.
