Venture upstairs to contemporary living/ocean views/sunlit living area/parents retreat (also with TV) which has it's own entertaining deck overlooking the majestic Sunderland Bay with main views of Pyramid rock. Upstairs master bedroom offers ensuite, walk in robe and breakfast deck with views of Pyramid rock and Sunderland Bay. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Or take the whole family (families) & friends. Very secure with high fences and front gates. Including a lock up double garage for two cars. The property offers plenty of diversity. Brand new split system reverse cycle air conditioners/heaters downstairs and upstairs. Also wall heaters in all bedrooms. As seen in the pictures, this house offers wonderful sea views. It's a short walk to a wonderful quiet ocean beach. Perfect for that early morning walk or late afternoon stroll. The property is the perfect destination to relax, enjoy the tranquil setting and watch the spectacular sunsets. NO pets allowed. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Calendar & Pricing Please note: If you are requesting a stay for Saturday & Sunday nights and the Friday night is available on the calendar then the tariff will be charged at the weekend rate. Please note: the minimum cost for a two night stay (even during low season) throughout the year is $500. The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment. Please refer to the rate column style pricing below as it is 100% accurate. Also please note that depending on your date selection at certain times of year there may be cheaper rates available so please send an enquiry email even if it appears out of your budget price. Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be re-booked. We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.
