This shared apartment is located in a newly renovated townhouse in Central Harlem very close to Columbia University and Morningside Park. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with restaurants, cafes, lounges, bars, and supermarkets. The subway lines B and C are nearby and it's only a short walk to the 2 and 3 trains. The townhouse shares 1.5 bathroom with 3 other rooms on the floor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. In the basement, there is a common and game room with a TV, pool table and sofa: perfect for hanging out with roommates and friends! The apartment will be cleaned 3-4 times a month as an extra service. Laundry in basement.
