The woolshed has all the basic amenities you need for a weekend away - including all kitchen equipment and crockery. An open plan environment that comfortably sleeps 9 this is the ideal stop for those venturing the Rimutaka Cycle Trail or just wanting a weekend away from it all! This peaceful and beautiful environment is a great family getaway location. Take a walk (or moutainbike ride) on the block of land around the woolshed and enjoy all that the New Zealand landscape has to offer - great views, native forest, beech forest, pine forest, rolling paddocks and stunning birdlife. We also offer an awesome bike hire experience - fat tyre electric bikes! These bikes are great for exploring the area - Pounui Wetlands, Onoke Spit, Ocean Beach. These bikes are designed for enjoying the great outdoors. The woolshed is located 6kms from the majestic South Coast: Ocean Beach. And 30 minutes drive from other great Wairarapa locations - Martinborough, Lake Ferry, Greytown and Featherston! Simply. A great spot.
